Yuta Watanabe, a Japanese national team player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA), has moved to the Japanese professional basketball league.
Kyodo News reported on the 12th that Watanabe, who played six seasons in the NBA, signed a one-year contract with the Chiba Jets of Japan’s B-League.
After graduating from high school, Watanabe made his NBA debut in 2018 and played for the Phoenix Suns and Memphis 한국을 Grizzlies.
Watanabe, who is 203 cm tall and has a three-point shooting ability, will represent Japan at the Paris Olympics.
