Seoul Eland FC is inviting the club’s ‘legend’.

On the 25th, Seoul Eland announced, “We will hold a special 10th anniversary event by inviting original member Kim Young-kwang at the home game against Anyang on the 30th at 4:30 p.m.”.

Kim Young-kwang will share memories by taking commemorative photos with Honors Club members who have shown unwavering support for 10 years and Founders members who supported the club in its first year.

Kim Young-kwang, a legendary goalkeeper in the K League, played 183 games for Seoul Eland from 2015 to 2019.

After leaving the Jungden Grounds at the end of last season, Kim will be putting on his goalkeeping gloves for the first time in a long time for the match, especially as he will be competing in a PK duel with the Founders.

Meanwhile, Seoul Eland is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a variety of nostalgic events for fans. The match against Anyang, the team’s opening match opponent, is expected to create a more special atmosphere.

Founders, the first season ticket holders, 안전놀이터 were invited to the stadium, and the names of all the founders were engraved on the wall of the player entrance gate structure above the ground to symbolize the event.

Outside the stadium,

a “History Wall” photo zone will feature photos from the club’s 10-year history. From the first game to the opening game of this season, a panoramic view of photos will be displayed on LED screens to evoke memories for fans.

In addition, there will be a variety of other events, including the Real Kids Academy, a soccer class for children with players as daily instructors, and fan autograph sessions.

Kim Young-kwang said, “I’m visiting Real Park this week to celebrate my 10th anniversary as a founding member of Seoul Eland and to wish them victory. I hope fans will come out to greet me after a long time,” said Kim.

Tickets for Seoul Eland’s second home match of the season, which will be their third win of the season, are available on Interpark or at the on-site box office.
