The Dodgers won 4-2 against the Toronto Blue Jays on Sunday (Aug. 28) at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was their sixth straight win.

The Dodgers, who have been racking up wins at a frightening pace, started with Mookie Betts (second base), Shohei Ohtani (designated hitter), Freddie Freeman (first base), Will Smith (catcher), Teoscar Hernandez (right field), Enrique Hernandez (third base), Andy Fajes (center field), Miguel Rojas (shortstop), and Chris Taylor (left field).

Ohtani went 1-for-5 with a walk and an RBI. In 29 games this season, Ohtani is batting .347 (41-for-118) with seven home runs, 18 RBIs, 24 runs scored, five doubles and a 1.071 OPS. He also hit a 119.2-mile-per-hour (191.8 km/h) home run, the fastest hit in the majors this season.

Betts was 3-for-5 with a home run, one RBI, one run scored and one stolen base. The rest of the lineup also had hits in the lineup. Toronto got one back in the bottom of the seventh when leadoff hitter Jansen drew a walk and Schneider followed with an RBI double. In the bottom of the ninth, Schneider reached second on a throwing error by pitcher Phillips and Biggio followed with an RBI single to cut the lead to 4-2, but Isaiah Kainer-Palepa grounded out to center field to end the game.

Ohtani hit a 98.2-mph five-pitch fastball from Kikuchi for an RBI single that clocked in at 119.2 mph.

Kikuchi, who faced Ohtani head-to-head, said, “Of course, I think I had more adrenaline when I faced him. I threw my best fastball of the year.
